Ninja Fighting Hunger ... One Obstacle At a Time
I am so thankful to everyone at American Ninja Warrior for the opportunity to compete on Season 15 and advocate for the one billion people around the world who go to bed hungry every night. I started making dog toys when I was 12 years old to raise money for You(th) vs. Hunger meal packing events so we could pack more meals and feed more people. When I turned 16, I founded Knot Perfect, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, because the world is not a perfect place when children and families do not have food to eat. I competed on American Ninja Warrior to advocate for children and families facing hunger so that together we can overcome the obstacle that hunger is placing on the health of children and families and their ability to learn, work, and grow.- Austin (@knotperfectninja)Ninja Fighting Hunger ... Our founder handmade more than 1,000 dog toys and raised over $27,000 in donations which are being used to provide approximately 86,000 meals through Cross Catholic Outreach.
